Okay ladies honestly, if you can’t do anything all day because you are in school or at work all day, or if you’re just plain lazy, this is something that you should just try and incorporate into your morning routine.  You will get used to it, and it gets your metabolism going. Don’t worry, it’s not something that is very difficult to do.
Step 1: I lie on my back, facing the ceiling, and I pull my legs close together so they are touching, then I point my toes towards the ceiling, I then raise my arms towards my toes, and try to touch them as close as I can.  I repeat this
process about 25 times.
Step 2: I lie on my back and I bring my arms straight back and leave them extended, and I raise my left leg as much as I can 25 times, and I do the same with my right leg.
It’s that simple. The trick is to do it EVERY-SINGLE-DAY! That’s where most people fall off. Ladies if you want something, you’re going to have to work hard for it. And you deserve it, so don’t deprive yourself of the body that you deserve. Everybody starts at different places, and everyone has different goals. So don’t get discouraged, and never compare yourself to anybody else, because you might be comparing your chapter 1 to somebody’s chapter 20, and that’s not fair to yourself. I hope this helped!
